Makeup add ons must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. All payments for makeup are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
Makeup application is carried out by one of our fully vetted, industry leading makeup artists, selected for their experience, skill and on camera results. This service is designed to ensure you look polished, confident and camera ready. Lashes are included.
Please arrive with a clean, makeup free face before your shoot time. If your skin is not properly prepped, this may affect the final result.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your appointment if there are any signs of contagious conditions including cold sores, styes, eye infections, or any other condition that may pose a risk to the artist or other clients. In this case, the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Makeup is completed before your shoot time, so arriving late may result in your makeup not being carried out or your shoot time being reduced. We are unable to extend appointments due to lateness.
All makeup looks must be confirmed in advance. Any changes requested on the day are subject to time and availability.
By booking a makeup add on, you agree to the artist working to your agreed brief. We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to your appointment.
