Hair styling add ons must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. All payments for hair styling are strictly non refundable and non transferable.
Please note this is a styling only service. No wash or blowdry is included. Hair must be clean, dry and prepped before arrival.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your appointment if there are any signs of head lice, nits, scalp infections or any other condition that may pose a risk to the stylist or other clients. In this case, the appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Hair styling is scheduled within your shoot time, so arriving late will reduce your shoot time. We are unable to extend your appointment due to lateness.
All hair styling requests must be confirmed in advance. Any additional styling or changes requested on the day are subject to availability.
By booking a hair styling add on, you agree to the stylist working to your agreed brief. We are not responsible for any personal belongings brought to your appointment.
